They don't get lost in the hallways here. We have the usual equipment for scans and checkups. The doctors here stay late quite often because there’s always someone who needs to talk. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy website. Most people find us through word of mouth or their local GP. The building is a bit older, but it works for what we need. We try to keep the atmosphere calm. It’s not a happy place always, given the illness, but we do what we can to make it manageable. We handle chemotherapy and consultations. Usually, the family comes along, so the waiting area can get a bit tight. We've been in Sukhdev Vihar for a good while now. We know the local chemists and the other clinics nearby. It’s just a practical place for people who are going through a very hard time. We just take it one day at a time with every person who walks through the door. It’s simple, honest work for the community here.
