Manak Chand Industries

Our place is out in Bawana, right in Sector 3 at E-158. It's an industrial area so it's always noisy with trucks and machines going all day. We have been here for a good amount of time now. The shed is big enough for what we do but we're always moving things around to make more space. It gets hot in the summer months. Everyone just gets on with their jobs. We aren't a huge corporation, just a bunch of people making sure things get built and sent out. Sometimes the deliveries are late because of the traffic on the main road, which can be a real headache. We have some old machines and some newer ones too. Maintenance takes up a lot of our Saturday mornings. It's not a glamorous job but it pays the bills. Manak Chand Industries has its roots here. We see the same faces every day at the tea stall around the corner. Working in the industrial area means you get used to the smell of metal and oil. We try to keep the floor swept but it’s hard with so much going on. We don't have a fancy reception or anything. If you come by, you'll probably find us on the shop floor. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't overcomplicate things. We just handle the orders as they come in and try to stay on schedule.
