Merit Medicare Pvt. Ltd. is our office in Malviya Nagar, located at F-6/12. Malviya Nagar is a nice area, a mix of houses and businesses, and we’ve been here for quite some time now. Our office is fairly simple. We have a few rooms filled with desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We deal with medical supplies and distribution, so there is always a lot of paperwork to stay on top of. It’s not the kind of place that would impress a decorator, but it’s functional for what we need. We have a small pantry where we make tea, and that’s usually where we end up talking about the day's tasks. The windows look out onto the street, so we see people going about their business all day. It’s relatively quiet compared to the main markets, which is something we appreciate. We do have busy spells where the phones don’t stop ringing and everyone is running around trying to find a specific invoice. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we all sit around waiting for a page to load, which can be frustrating. But mostly, it’s just steady work. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do our jobs correctly and go home to our families at the end of the day. It’s a decent place to work, and we all get along well enough to keep things running smoothly without much fuss.
