We are set up on the ground floor of Plot No. 17/1025-26 in Naiwala. If you're coming by metro, we’re really close to the Karol Bagh Metro Station, which makes it easy to find us. Karol Bagh is a crowded place, especially Naiwala with all the automotive shops everywhere. It can be a bit overwhelming with all the noise and people, but we’ve been here long enough that we’re used to it. Our space is filled with parts and boxes from floor to ceiling. We mainly focus on automotive components. We don't have a big sales team or a fancy showroom. It's just us in the shop, handling orders and talking to customers who drop in. Most of the people we see are mechanics or other shop owners looking for specific items they can't find elsewhere. We’ve learned over the years that being straightforward is the best way to run a business here. If we have it, we’ll tell you. If we don’t, we won’t waste your time. The shop gets pretty hot in the summer, and the lanes are narrow, so getting deliveries in and out can be a challenge. But we like the energy of the market. It’s a busy life but we enjoy being right in the middle of the action in Karol Bagh. We just keep our heads down and do our jobs every day.
