Makind Pharma Ltd.

We’ve been at 236 in the Okhla Industrial Estate for a while now. Phase 3 is always busy, especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to get into their offices. If you know this part of Delhi, you know how it gets. Makind Pharma Ltd. operates out of here, right in the middle of all the noise and trucks. Our space isn't anything fancy, just a practical place where we get the work done. The walls are a bit plain and the stairs are narrow, but it works for us. Most days are spent looking at files or talking to people coming in. The street outside is usually crowded with workers and delivery vans. Sometimes the electricity acts up, or the internet slows down when it rains, but that’s just how things are around here. We don’t have a big lobby or anything like that. It’s mostly desks, some storage, and the smell of coffee from the little shop around the corner. We like being in Phase 3 because everything we need is basically within walking distance. It’s not the quietest place to work, with all the construction and traffic on the main road, but you get used to it after a few weeks. We just keep our heads down and handle whatever comes our way. It’s a real place with real people trying to make a living in a crowded city. Nothing more, nothing less.
