Our office is in New Delhi, specifically at L-9 in the Surinder Singh Commercial Complex. It is right on the Main Road in Mahipalpur, which is a very busy area, especially with the airport being so close. Topper Router Logistics Pvt. Ltd. operates from this spot. Being in Mahipalpur means there is always a lot of traffic and people moving about outside. Inside the office, it’s mostly phones ringing and people checking on shipments. Logistics can be a bit chaotic, especially in a city like Delhi where things don't always go according to plan. We have to deal with delays and paperwork issues more often than we’d like. The Surinder Singh Commercial Complex is a bit of an older building, but it works for us. We are on the Main Road, so it’s easy for people to find us, even if the stairs can be a bit steep. We spend a lot of time coordinating between different transporters and making sure things are actually moving. It’s not a very quiet job. There is always someone coming in with a delivery note or someone calling to ask where their stuff is. We just try to keep things organized at L-9 and handle the daily rush as it comes.
