Our office is at J-744 on Kali Bari Marg in New Delhi-110001. Being in this part of the city means we are right in the middle of everything. It’s a central location and the traffic around here can be quite something during rush hour. The building itself is older, and you can see the wear and tear on the stairs and the walls. We’ve been at this address for a while now. It’s not a shiny new skyscraper like you see in some other parts of the city. We have several desks pushed together and a lot of filing cabinets that are probably fuller than they should be. Mahindra And Mahindra is the name we go by here, but to us, it’s just the place where we spend our eight or nine hours a day. There are always people coming in with questions or paperwork. We keep a water cooler in the corner and a small space for people to sit while they wait. The windows look out onto the street, so we get to see the local vendors and the buses going by all day long. It’s a very ordinary office environment. No one wears fancy suits here; we just dress for the weather and the work. It’s a practical spot that serves us well for our daily routine.
