Our place is right across from Metro Pillar 220 in West Patel Nagar. It makes it easy to find us if you're taking the train, otherwise, this part of the city can be a bit of a maze. We've been operating out of this spot for years. It’s a busy area, lots of noise from the street, but we’re used to it by now. Mahajan Enterprises is basically where we handle all the supply stuff. We have boxes stacked up and the phone rings more than we’d like, but that’s just how business goes. The shop floor is usually a bit dusty because we’re always moving inventory around. We don't have any fancy displays or a big waiting room. Usually, people just come in, tell us what they need, and we go find it in the back. Sometimes it takes a minute to locate specific parts, especially if the delivery truck just came. My cousin helps out on the weekends, and we have a couple of guys who’ve been with us since we opened. We drink a lot of tea while we work. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t do much advertising because most of our customers are locals or people who’ve been coming to us for a decade. It’s just a regular local business trying to stay organized in a crowded neighborhood. Nothing more, nothing less.
