We run Maha Laxmi Packers And Stationers out of 8-A on Najafgarh Road in Moti Nagar. It is a busy spot. There are always people moving about and traffic on the main road is constant. Our shop is filled with all sorts of paper, boxes, and packing supplies. It can get a bit cramped inside when a new shipment arrives, and we have to stack things up to the ceiling. We've been here for a good while. People from the nearby offices often pop in when they run out of basic supplies or need a specific type of envelope. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy outside. Usually, it's just the door open and someone behind the counter ready to help. The floor is concrete and often has bits of tape or paper scraps on it by the end of the day. We try to sweep up before we close at night. It's a family-run kind of vibe, even though we have a few extra hands helping out during the busy hours. The back room is where we keep the heavier stuff. It’s a bit dark back there, but we know where everything is. Sometimes the delivery vans block the entrance, and we have to ask them to move so customers can get in. It's a lot of lifting and counting items for orders. We don't use any high-tech systems, just some notebooks and a basic calculator for the bills. It works for us and keeps things simple for the customers too.
