We run things out of our office at I-3 in Lajpat Nagar 1. It is a busy part of town, which suits us just fine. We handle facility management, which basically means we take care of buildings and make sure everything is working like it should. Our office is often full of cleaning supplies, tools, and clipboards. It is not a place for sitting around and looking pretty. We have a crew that goes out to different sites, so the office can feel a bit empty in the middle of the day. Then everyone comes back in the evening and it gets noisy with people talking about what happened at work. We have been based in Lajpat Nagar for a while and we like the neighborhood. There are good places to get snacks nearby. We don't have a big corporate handbook or anything like that. We just know how to fix things and keep places clean. If a lightbulb is out or a floor needs scrubbing, that's what we deal with. It's a lot of physical work and managing schedules on a big whiteboard on the wall. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make sure the buildings we look after are in good shape. It is a simple business run by people who don't mind getting their hands a bit dirty or staying late to finish a cleanup.
