You can find us at number 299 in Chauhan Muhalla, over in Madanpur Khadar. It’s part of the Sarita Vihar area in New Delhi. The streets here are quite narrow, so getting big vehicles in and out is always a bit of a challenge for the drivers. Mr. Satish Chauhan is well-known around here, which helps people find the office. It’s a very local feel, not like those big glass buildings you see in the city center. We’ve got a small space that’s usually packed with boxes waiting to be moved. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we never seem to find the time to get to it. We use old metal cabinets for our files, and they make a loud noise every time you open them. Our days are mostly spent on the phone or typing away at the keyboards. The neighborhood is lively, with kids playing outside and vendors shouting their prices. Sometimes it’s hard to hear over the noise, but we make do. We don't have fancy uniforms or anything like that. We just wear what’s comfortable for a long day of work. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do, and we’ve been here long enough that it feels like home. We just keep our heads down and handle the shipments as they come through the door without making any fuss.
