V. K. Photo Retouching Services

If you are looking for us, we are right by the Pitampura Metro Station at Madhuban Chowk. Shop No. 4 is where we spend our days staring at computer screens. V. K. Photo Retouching Services is a small operation, mostly just us fixing up old photos or cleaning up new ones that didn't come out quite right. It's a lot of clicking and zooming in on tiny details that most people wouldn't even notice. The shop is tucked away, and it gets pretty noisy with the traffic from the main road and people heading to the metro all the time. We’ve got a couple of computers that have seen better days but they still work well enough for what we need to do. Sometimes someone walks in with a really old, torn-up picture of their grandparents and we see what we can do to make it look decent again. It takes a long time and a lot of patience. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If the phone rings, one of us just reaches over and grabs it while still working on a mask or a color correction. We keep some samples of our work on the walls, mostly to cover up some of the peeling paint. It’s a simple setup, but it works for us. We're usually here from morning until late evening, just getting through the pile of files that people send over. We try to keep things simple.
