We are based in Surya Tower, specifically in office 104. Paschim Vihar is quite a lively neighborhood to work in every day. Macrobiotic Herbals has its roots here among all the other businesses in the building. It is not the newest tower in Delhi, but it serves us well for what we do. Inside, there is usually a faint smell of dried plants and herbal extracts because that is what we deal with. We spend a lot of time checking batches and looking over labels to make sure everything is correct. The traffic on the main road outside Surya Tower can be a nightmare during rush hour, so most of us try to arrive early. We have a small corner for packing samples and a few desks for the administration side of things. It’s a bit cramped when we have a big shipment coming in, but we manage by moving some chairs around. We don't have a big marketing team or anything; it’s just us handling the day-to-day operations. Often, we find ourselves talking about the heat or the latest local news while we work. It’s a friendly enough atmosphere, even when we are stressed about deadlines. We just focus on the herbals and getting things sent out to the people who need them. It is a straightforward life here in Paschim Vihar, and we just take it one day at a time. No matter how busy it gets, we always make sure the paperwork is sorted before we leave.
