MAAS architects

We are tucked away in the basement at D-229 in Sarvodhaya Vihar. It stays a bit cooler down here during the summer months, which is a big plus when we are working late on a project. MAAS architects is basically just a group of us who spend our days thinking about how to put buildings together properly. It is not a huge space, but it fits our desks and all the material samples we keep tripping over. We deal with the usual stuff like floor plans, elevations, and talking to builders who sometimes do not want to listen. Sarvodhaya Vihar is a decent place to be based and it is easy enough for people to find us. Most of our day is spent sketching or looking at photos from the sites we are managing. We are not really into the flashy side of the business. We just want to make sure the walls are where they should be and the roof stays up. Sometimes the basement gets a bit cluttered with old models and boxes of tile samples, but we generally know where everything is. It is a quiet work environment for the most part. We just get on with it. There is always a drawing that needs a quick fix before a deadline hits. It is just what we do every day. We like being in this part of town because it feels established and practical, which is how we try to work.
