M S Minda Sons Ltd is based out of the Shipra Rivera area in Indirapuram. Our specific spot is Sra-128A in Gyan Khand-III. If you know Ghaziabad, you know this part of Indirapuram is quite residential and has a lot of apartment blocks all around. We aren't in a big industrial park; we are right here in the middle of things. The office is a straightforward place where we handle the company’s business. We have some desks, filing cabinets, and a phone that rings quite a bit throughout the day. It has a family-run feeling type of atmosphere, even with the "Ltd" in the name. We usually start the day by checking what needs to be sorted out from the day before. It is not a polished corporate headquarters with a lobby or a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it when someone knocks. We have been in the Shipra Rivera complex for a while, and it is a convenient location for most of us to reach. The parking can be a bit of a struggle sometimes, but we manage. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or big ads. We just focus on the work we have to do and keeping things moving. It is a lot of paperwork and talking to people on the phone. We take our lunch breaks together when we can. It’s just a normal workplace.
