M. N. Patel & Co.

We are located over at 1/45/2 in the W.H.S. area, which is pretty close to Mayapuri Chowk here in Kriti Nagar. Most days it’s just the usual noise of the neighborhood. This part of town gets busy early, and the traffic around the chowk can be a real headache if you’re trying to get somewhere fast. We’ve been at this spot for quite some time now under the name M. N. Patel & Co. It’s not a fancy setup, just a practical space where we handle things. The building itself has been here for years, and you can tell by the walls. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back on. Our neighbors are mostly other shops and warehouses, so there’s always someone moving crates or backing up a truck. It’s a bit dusty, especially when the wind picks up near the main road. We don’t really do much in the way of decorating. There’s a desk, some chairs, and the paperwork we need to keep track of. It’s just how we operate. You’ll see the sign if you look closely enough near the entrance. Most of the people who come by are regulars who know the way already. If you’re coming for the first time, just look for the turn after the big intersection. It’s a plain place, but it serves us well enough for what we do every day.
