M. L. Saini Electric Co. is situated at C - 2 in the Housing Society area of South Extension Part 1. We are right in the middle of Kotla Market, which is usually a very lively place. If you are looking for us, we are quite close to the Allahabad Bank branch there. Being in a market area means there is always something going on outside our door. We’ve been in New Delhi for many years now. Our shop is filled with all sorts of electrical components and wires. It’s not very organized to a stranger’s eye, but we know exactly where everything is kept. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s just us helping customers who come in looking for specific parts for their homes or projects. The space is a bit small, especially when we get a lot of stock in. We spend a lot of time testing things and making sure they work. Some of the regulars have been coming to us for decades. We don't use any marketing tricks or fancy language. We just talk to people plainly and give them what they need. It gets hot in the summers, and the market can be a bit overwhelming with the crowds, but we like it here. It’s a honest way to spend the day, working with our hands. We aren't a big chain, just a local shop in the heart of Delhi. Most of the time, the radio is playing in the background.
