Our office is tucked away in Building No 126 at Green View Apartments, right on Mandi Road. If you know the New Manglapuri area in Mehrauli, you’ve probably driven past us a hundred times. We handle security stuff here at M-Five Security Pvt. Ltd., and it’s a lot of coordination every single day. Usually, the phone starts ringing early and doesn’t really stop until late. We’ve got guards to check on and schedules to fix because someone always calls out last minute. It’s just the nature of this kind of work. The apartment complex is quiet enough, but our office stays pretty hectic with people coming in and out for their shifts. We’ve been based in Mehrauli for a while now and we know the streets around here pretty well. It’s not a polished corporate office with marble floors or anything like that. It’s just a place where we get the job done and make sure the people we’re looking after are okay. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks and we have to spend the whole Saturday catching up. We don’t have a big marketing team, just a few of us making sure the operations run right. Most people find us through word of mouth around the neighborhood. It’s practical work. We stay focused on the day-to-day tasks and try to keep things organized despite how busy the security business gets.
