You can find M C Modi & Co over at Skipper Corner, specifically at 103/88. Nehru Place is always a bit of a maze, but we have been in this spot for a long time. It is a busy corner with people always rushing past. We do a lot of different things here, mostly stuff related to business supplies and keeping operations running. The office is full of paper files and some old computers that still work perfectly fine. We do not see the point in changing things if they aren't broken. Our desks are usually covered in notes and coffee mugs. It is a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. Clients come in and sit on the plastic chairs while we sort out their requirements. It is not a fancy showroom. It is just a working office where real work happens. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow, so we just take the stairs. It keeps us moving during the day. We know most of the other shop owners around here. We talk about the weather or the traffic while we wait for our lunch to be delivered. We do not do much marketing. Our name is on the door and that is usually enough for people to find us. We take things one day at a time. If someone needs something specific, we try to source it. It is a practical way to run things. We like the routine of being here every day.
