Luvya Medicare Pvt. Ltd. is located in the middle of the Jwala Heri Market in Paschim Vihar. We are on the first floor, at Unit No.-1, NG-12. If you know the market, you know how loud and busy it gets, especially in the evenings. Our office is right above the main buzz. We’ve been here for quite a while now. It’s a handy location because everything we need is right outside the door. Inside, the office is pretty basic. We have shelves lined with medical supplies and a couple of desks where we handle the billing and calls. It’s a lot of work keeping track of everything in such a fast-paced area. Sometimes the delivery guys have a hard time finding a place to park their bikes, but we make it work. We aren't a big corporate chain. It’s just a local business run by people who live nearby. We know the other shopkeepers and the regulars who walk through the market. Our space isn't huge, so we have to stay organized. We don't use any fancy software or big marketing plans. We just talk to people and help them find what they are looking for. It’s a straightforward way of doing business, and it’s served us well so far in Paschim Vihar. We stick to what we know and try to stay helpful to the people who walk in.
