Lumax Industries Ltd is out in the village and post of Ashoh in the Chitrakoot Dham Karwi district. This is a far cry from the big city offices in Pune or Delhi. We operate out of this village to keep things moving in this region. It is a small operation. Most people in Ashoh know each other, so we aren't strangers to the locals. We handle the distribution and local coordination from here. It is a lot of manual tracking and making sure things get to the post office on time. We do not have a big corporate culture.
