Naiwala is always a bit of a mess, especially around H. S Road where we are located at Plot No. 1598A/31. If you know Karol Bagh, you know how it gets with the bikes and the narrow lanes. We are right near the bus stand, which makes it a bit easier to explain to people who haven't been here before. Our shop is packed from floor to ceiling with all sorts of parts. It’s not the most organized looking place, but it works for us. We’ve been here long enough that we can usually find what a customer needs just by looking at the piles of boxes. The area is loud, mostly the sound of horns and people shouting, and it gets pretty hot in the summer months when the air doesn't move much between the buildings. We spend most of our time dealing with mechanics who come in looking for specific things for the bikes they are fixing up. It’s a busy life, and we don't have much time for anything else. We open up, handle the orders, talk to the delivery guys, and then head home when it gets dark. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. We don’t bother with big signs or loud ads because most people find us just by walking through the market and seeing what we have. It’s just how things have always been done in this part of Karol Bagh.
