Lucas Tvs & Wabco

We are located at Plot No.E-42/1 in Phase-2 of the Okhla Industrial Area. If you are coming from Jamia Nagar, it’s not too far of a drive, though the traffic in Okhla can be a real headache some days. Our place is right in the middle of all the factories and warehouses. It’s a very functional space, meant for holding stock and managing parts from Lucas Tvs and Wabco. There are rows and rows of metal shelving filled with boxes of different sizes. It’s mostly just us and the delivery guys coming in and out. The air in Okhla always has that industrial smell, a mix of exhaust and metal. Our office is just a small partitioned area in the corner of the warehouse with a couple of old desks and a computer that’s seen better days. We don't really have visitors often, mostly just truck drivers dropping off shipments. We spend our mornings checking the manifests and making sure everything that arrived is actually in the box. It gets pretty loud in here when the neighboring units are running their heavy machinery. We usually just bring our lunch from home and eat at the desks. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady work. We’ve been in Phase-2 for a while and have seen many businesses come and go, but we just keep doing our thing here near the Jamia Nagar side of the industrial area.
