L.R.Sharma&Co.

We are located on the second floor of House Number 8, right near the Chhota Gurudwara in Safdarjung Enclave. The area is Arjun Nagar, and it’s a pretty lively spot to be in New Delhi. L.R. Sharma & Co. has been here for years, and most of the locals know the building. It’s a bit of a walk up the stairs since there isn’t an elevator, but it keeps us moving. Our office is filled with old files and stacks of paper that seem to grow every week. It’s a traditional kind of workspace. We don’t have glass walls or modern art; it’s mostly just wooden desks and filing cabinets. You can hear the sounds from the Gurudwara nearby, which is actually quite nice during the day. We have a small team that has worked together for a long time. Sometimes we argue over where to order lunch from, but we always get the work done. The street outside is narrow, so parking is always a headache for anyone visiting. We usually just tell people to take an auto. It’s an honest place to work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just focus on the accounts and legal papers we have to process. It’s a bit dusty, a bit crowded, but it’s where we do our thing every day. We just keep our heads down and handle the paperwork as it comes.
