Our shop is located at G-68 on the upper first floor in Sant Nagar Extension, Tilak Nagar. It’s a busy, crowded neighborhood and finding a place to park is almost impossible. You have to walk up a narrow set of stairs to get to us. Once you’re inside, you’ll see shelves reaching all the way to the ceiling, packed with small bins of electrical components. We have thousands of different parts, so it looks a bit chaotic to anyone who doesn’t work here. We know exactly where everything is, though. The floor is a bit uneven and the lighting flickers sometimes, but it’s our space. We spend a lot of time helping people who come in with a broken part looking for a replacement. It’s a lot of squinting at small numbers and digging through boxes. We don’t have a website or any fancy advertisements. Most of our business comes from people in the neighborhood who have known us for years. It gets quite hot in the summer because we don't have much ventilation, but we just keep the fans going. We have a small desk where we handle the cash and the receipts. It’s an old-fashioned way of doing things, but it works for us. We’re just a local business in Tilak Nagar, trying to keep the shelves stocked and the customers satisfied with what they need.
