Our office is located at Bhayana Farm in the Kapeshera Estate. It’s right behind the Fun Food Village, which is a big landmark around here. Being in New Delhi but right on the edge makes for an interesting commute every morning. The estate is a bit more open than the crowded streets of the city center. We work out of Farm 6, and it’s a decent-sized place for all the equipment and files we need to keep. We don’t have a big neon sign or anything like that. It’s a quiet spot where we can actually get things done without too much noise from the main road. Most days involve a lot of logistics and talking to site managers. We aren’t a polished corporate firm with fancy carpets. Our floors are just floors, and our desks are functional. We drink a lot of chai and spend our time looking at project schedules. It gets a bit dusty around here when the wind picks up, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We are real people doing real work, nothing more and nothing less. If we are behind on something, we stay late until it's finished. It’s a simple way of running things, and it works for us.
