Patel Nagar West has a specific kind of energy, and being in the Old Dda Market puts us right in the thick of it. We handle pharmaceutical supplies and medicine. The shop isn’t huge, but we make the most of the space we have. Shelves are packed from floor to ceiling with boxes. It takes a bit of a knack to find everything, but we know where it all is. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; you just walk in and talk to whoever is behind the counter. Sometimes there’s a bit of a wait if the delivery trucks are blocking the lane, but that’s just how the market works. We’ve been here long enough that we know the other shopkeepers and the folks who live nearby. It’s a tight-knit spot.
