We are based in the Pearl Omex Tower over in Pitam Pura. Our office is number 39 on the first floor. Netaji Subhash Palace is a really busy hub, so there is always a lot of movement around us. Working at Linkasia is pretty straightforward. We come in, check the messages, and start working through whatever needs to be done. The office has big windows, but we usually keep the blinds down because the sun can be quite strong in the afternoons. It’s just a regular workspace with computers, some chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of cables running along the floor. We don't go in for any of that corporate talk you hear in the bigger firms. We are just a small team trying to make a living. Most of our interactions happen over the phone or through email, so the office stays relatively quiet unless we are all arguing about where to order lunch from. The building itself is quite modern, but our unit feels more lived-in and comfortable. We have a few plants that we forget to water sometimes, and a calendar on the wall that is usually a month behind. It’s not a perfect setup, but it works for us. We don’t try to pretend to be something we’re not. If you need us, you know where the Pearl Omex Tower is, and you can just come up to the first floor.
