Linfox Logistics

Our office for Linfox Logistics is tucked away at 13, Sharda Niketan in the Pitampura area of New Delhi. It is a busy place, especially in the mornings when the noise from the street starts picking up. We handle a lot of the logistics side of things for the city. Dealing with the Delhi traffic is always a bit of a headache, but we have gotten used to it over the years. The team here isn't very big, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering phones to checking on cargo arrivals. It's the kind of place where the chai guy knows everyone's order by heart. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls, just maps and calendars that are mostly scribbled on with markers. Working in Pitampura means there is always somewhere to grab a quick bite nearby, which is good because lunch breaks are usually short. We keep the paperwork in stacks that probably look messy to an outsider, but we know exactly where everything is. It's just a regular logistics setup where people come to work and go home tired. We try to keep the trucks moving and the customers from getting too annoyed when things get delayed. Life moves fast in Delhi and we just try to keep up with the pace as best as we can every day. Sometimes it feels like we are just chasing the clock but we usually manage to get the job done.
