LightoPlast Industry

LightoPlast Industry is out in the Narela Industrial Area, specifically at C-360. It’s a bit of a trek for some of us to get here every morning, but once we’re in, the work takes over. The area is full of similar industrial buildings, so C-360 is just one of many, but we try to keep ours tidy enough to work. We do a lot of work involving lighting and plastics, as the name suggests. The warehouse is quite tall, which helps with storing the longer pieces of material we use. The floor is concrete and can be very cold in the winter. We have a couple of machines that run for most of the day. It’s mostly just us and the humming of the electricity in the background. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy reception for guests. There’s a small desk where we keep the ledger and the phone. Lunch is usually brought from home in tiffins and eaten together in the small office area. Narela is quite far out from the city center, so it’s a bit more peaceful in terms of traffic, but the industrial park itself is always moving with activity. We just focus on the manufacturing side of things. Some days are slow and we organize the shelves, other days are a total rush with orders. We’ve been at this for a while and we just take it one day at a time here.
