Libcan Marketing Pvt. Ltd. is based right on the ground floor at D-940 in New Friends Colony. It’s a decent area, though the parking can be a real headache if you arrive at the wrong time. We deal with marketing, but not the flashy kind you see on TV. It’s more about getting products into the right hands and making sure the distribution side of things is handled properly. We spend a lot of time on the phones and looking at spreadsheets. The office is on the ground floor, which is nice because we don't have to climb any stairs, but we do get the street noise. We've got desks everywhere and piles of samples from different suppliers we work with. Sometimes it feels like there isn't enough room, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do a good job for the clients we have. Most of them have been with us for years, so we know what they expect. It’s a lot of follow-up calls and making sure the deliveries arrived where they were supposed to go. Sometimes things go wrong, a shipment gets delayed or a box gets crushed, and then we have to spend the afternoon fixing it. That’s just part of the daily routine here in New Friends Colony. We keep it simple and just try to stay organized as much as we can. It’s how we’ve always done it.
