Leolux Loighting Solutions

We are based over at 1551-52 on Gurdwara Road in Kotla Mubarakpur. If you know this part of Delhi, you know how narrow the streets are and how much is always going on. Leolux Loighting Solutions is right in the thick of it. The shop floor is usually a bit of a jumble with different fixtures and parts scattered around. It’s not the kind of place where everything is perfectly polished and on display like a museum. We’re usually busy testing out different units or packing up stuff for customers who are in a hurry because of the local traffic. The Gurdwara nearby is a good landmark, and you can often hear the sounds from there while we work. During the summer, the heat in Kotla is pretty intense, so we’ve got a couple of big coolers that make a lot of noise but keep us from melting. Our team is small, just a few of us who know the inventory inside out. We don’t really bother with fancy titles or anything. If someone needs help, whoever is closest just jumps in. Sometimes the power goes out, which is just part of life here, so we keep some torches handy. We spend a lot of time chatting with the regulars who come in from the neighborhood. It’s a lived-in space that feels more like a workshop than a corporate office, and that's how we like it. We focus on just getting through the daily tasks.
