Lenso India is based right here in the middle of Karol Bagh. It’s a busy place, you know how these Delhi markets are. We spend most of our days dealing with orders and talking to people who come in. The traffic outside is always a bit much, especially when the sun is really hitting the pavement in the summer months. We started this because there was a need for it in the area. Our office isn't fancy or anything like those corporate places you see in Gurgaon. It’s just a practical space where we get things done. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we all know each other's tea preferences and which lunch spot has good parathas this week. We handle a lot of lens work and optical stuff, keeping things moving as well as we can. Some days are slower than others, which gives us time to catch up on paperwork or just chat with the regulars. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of the construction nearby, but that’s just life in this part of town. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist who wears a suit. You just walk in and someone will help you out between their tasks. It’s a real place run by real people who live nearby and take the metro or ride their scooters to work every morning. We just try to do our job right and go home.
