We are located at A-11, Phase 1 in the Okhla Industrial Area under the name Leading Point Powertronics Pvt. Ltd. If you’ve ever been to Okhla, you know it’s a place where things are constantly being built or moved around. The air is always a bit dusty and the roads are usually full of delivery vans and big trucks. Our building is a standard industrial structure, nothing fancy to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s all about the work we do with power electronics. We have a lot of heavy equipment and some fairly loud machines that run throughout the day. The team is used to the noise, and we usually have to talk a bit louder to be heard over the hum of the factory floor. Our office area is just a few desks near the front where we handle the paperwork and phone calls. It’s not a place for lounging around or having long breaks. We have a small area in the back where we keep a kettle and some tea for the staff. The weather in Delhi can be tough, especially in the summer when the industrial area gets really hot, but we have some fans that keep the air moving as much as possible. We aren't interested in being the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the things we send out are solid and do what they are supposed to do. It’s a busy, gritty place to work, but it feels right for us.
