Leaap International is located right on M.G. Road in Indore. If you know Indore, you know M.G. Road is usually packed with people and shops. It’s a central spot, which makes it easy for people to find us, though parking is almost impossible most days. The office is a modest space where we handle international logistics. We spend our days looking at shipping schedules and customs documents. Indore is a great city for food, so lunch breaks are usually the highlight of our day. We often go out to get some poha or jalebi from the nearby stalls. The office itself is a bit cramped because we have so many files stacked up. We have a couple of old fans that rattle when they're on high speed. It’s not a corporate glass tower; it’s just a room in a building that has been here for a long time. People come in and out all day asking questions. M.G. Road has a lot of energy, and we feel that inside the office too. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. Instead, we have a map of the world and a lot of sticky notes. We handle the shipping stuff so others don't have to worry about it. It’s a lot of coordination and waiting for emails to come back from different time zones. We just do the work and try to stay organized in the middle of the city chaos.
