Adhichini Village is an interesting place to be based. We are located at B-46, and if you’ve ever tried to navigate the lanes around New Delhi -17, you know it can be a bit of a maze. Our office isn't huge, but it’s where all the magic—or the paperwork, really—happens. We deal with international trade and logistics, which sounds more exciting than it actually is most days. Mostly, it’s a lot of emails, phone calls to various ports, and making sure the customs documents are all in order. We don't have a big fancy sign or a reception desk that looks like a hotel. It’s just desks, computers, and a lot of files. The staff here is a small crew, and we’ve all been working together long enough that we don’t need to say much to know what needs doing. Sometimes the Delhi heat makes the office feel a bit sluggish, but we keep the tea flowing and the work moving. Being in a village area within the city gives us a bit of a different perspective than those offices in the high-rise buildings. It feels more grounded. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just trying to make sure our clients' goods get from one country to another without getting stuck somewhere. It’s a lot of coordination and hoping the weather stays clear for the ships and planes.
