Laseree

We are located on the first floor at 5C/9 in Karol Bagh, right on New Rohtak Road. If you know the area, you know how hectic it gets with all the shops and people moving around all day long. We work with lasers here at Laseree, mostly machines and spare parts that other businesses use for their own production. It’s not a fancy showroom with bright lights. It’s more of a place where we keep the stock and handle the technical side of the equipment. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow and steep, so we always tell people to be careful when they come to visit. We started this because there was a need for this kind of specific equipment in this part of Delhi. We spend most of our time answering emails or testing the machines to make sure they are working right before they go out to customers. Karol Bagh is a great place to be because everything is close by, though finding parking for a car is always a nightmare for everyone. We have a small team, and we all do a bit of everything, from packing boxes to talking to people on the phone. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they saw our sign while stuck in the traffic on Rohtak Road. It’s just honest, everyday work. We try to stay organized, but sometimes it gets messy with all the crates.
