Lamilux India Pvt. Ltd. is based out of the basement at F-1203 in Chittaranjan Park. It is a quiet spot, away from all the main road noise and the heavy traffic. Working in a basement has its own feel, you know. You don't see much of the sun during the day, but we stay focused on what we are doing down here. The office is a bit cramped with all the samples and old files tucked into every corner. We've been here for a bit now and it feels like home. Sometimes it gets a little chilly down here during the winter months, so we keep a few extra sweaters around. We mostly handle the paperwork and meetings from this spot. C.R. Park is a nice neighborhood, with plenty of good food around when we take our lunch breaks. Usually, someone brings home-cooked food and we all just eat together at the main table in the back. It’s not some big glass building with elevators and a lobby. Just a functional space where we handle our business every day. Some days the internet goes out and we just sit around talking or sorting papers until it comes back. We try to stay organized, but there's always a pile of stuff that needs sorting by the end of the week. It’s a small team here and we know each other's habits well. The stairs coming down are a bit steep. We just keep working hard.
