Lakshmi Auto Products is tucked away at number 18 in the DLF Industrial Area in Moti Nagar. If you’ve been around this part of West Delhi, you know it’s mostly warehouses and factories. It’s a gritty kind of place, but that’s where the real work happens. The roads around here are often broken or crowded with big trucks loading and unloading stuff. Our space is basically a mix of a small office and a lot of storage. It’s noisy because there’s always a machine running somewhere nearby or someone shouting over the sound of an engine. We don’t have any fancy signs or a polished reception area. Usually, there’s a bit of grease on the floor and some dust on the shelves, but that’s just the nature of the business. We start early in the morning before the sun gets too hot. Moti Nagar has a very specific feel to it, very industrial and busy. We know most of the people in the neighboring units. We share news and complain about the electricity or the heat together. It’s a simple life here. We focus on getting the orders right and making sure things move out on time. It’s not a glamorous spot, but it’s our home base and it’s where we’ve built everything. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily grind.
