Kalra Electricals

Kalra Electricals is a small shop located at E-5 7 in the double storey buildings of Lajpat Nagar 4. We are quite easy to find because we are really close to the Moolchand Metro Station. Being near the metro means there are always people walking past and it gets very busy, especially during the morning and evening rush. The shop is full of all sorts of electrical parts and wires. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we usually know where everything is kept. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but our little corner stays pretty much the same. Most of our day is spent helping people who walk in looking for a specific fuse or a length of wire. It’s a lot of talking and looking through boxes. We don't have a website or anything fancy like that, we just handle things as they come. The building itself is old, part of that double-storey block that’s been there forever. It’s a bit cramped inside when more than two people are standing there. Sometimes we stand outside just to get some air when the shop feels too full. It’s a simple life, just running an electrical store in a busy part of Delhi. We like being near Moolchand because it makes it easy for people to find us. Just a normal local shop for regular people.
