Bharti Garments

You can find us over at D-41 in the Old Double Storey area of Lajpat Nagar-4. It’s a busy spot, and Bharti Garments has been part of this neighborhood for quite some time. We spend most of our hours surrounded by fabrics and sewing machines. It gets noisy with all the talk and the equipment running, but we’re used to it. The shop isn't anything like those big malls you see; it’s more grounded and a bit cramped if I’m being honest. People come in and out all day. Sometimes we’re just fixing a hem and other times we’re working on a larger batch of clothes. Sometimes we have to move the cutting table just to make enough room for a customer to stand. Lajpat Nagar is always moving, so there’s never really a dull moment outside our door. We’ve got stacks of materials piled up in the corners because space is always tight here. It’s just how we work. The local delivery guys know us by name because they're here so often. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything like that. The focus is usually just on getting the stitching right and making sure the sizes are what they should be. It’s a simple setup. We have our regulars who stop by to chat or check on their orders. Sometimes we lose track of time when the workload gets heavy. It’s just a normal day at the shop for us.
