Lady Hardinge Hospital is situated right by Gole Market, which is one of the busiest spots you can find. There is always a lot of noise from the traffic and the shoppers nearby, so the hospital never really feels quiet. The building has been here for a long time and is a bit of a landmark for the local community. It shows its age in some places, but it is a sturdy old place that keeps us busy every single day. The staff is well-trained in dealing with the constant rush of people coming in and out. We don't really have any slow days here. Parking around Gole Market is almost impossible most of the time, so many of us rely on the bus or the metro to get to work. Inside the hospital, the rooms are kept simple and functional without any unnecessary frills. We don’t spend money on advertising or big shiny signs. People find us because we have been a part of the neighborhood for so long. The waiting areas can get quite crowded in the afternoons, and we do our best to keep things moving along. It is a tough and demanding job, but we are all used to the pace by now. The neighborhood is full of life, and being right in the middle of it feels like the right place for us.
