Okhla Phase II is a legendary spot for businesses in Delhi. We are at S-16. If you've ever been to the Okhla Industrial Area, you know how it is. The lanes are narrow, so getting deliveries in and out can be a real challenge sometimes. We spend a lot of time coordinating with the drivers and trying to find parking. The tea guy comes around twice a day, and that’s usually when we take a breather. It’s not the kind of place where you wear a suit. We wear clothes that we don't mind getting a bit of grease or dust on. It’s an honest way to make a living. Okhla is a tough place, but it has a lot of heart. We know our neighbors at S-15 and S-17 quite well. We help each other out when someone’s power goes out or a delivery gets stuck. It’s a community of small and medium shops all trying to get by.
