We are based out of S-16 in Phase-II of the Okhla Industrial Area. If you’ve ever been to Okhla, you know it’s a crowded place with lots of small and big units all packed together. Kusum Enterprises Pvt Ltd has been in this spot for a good bit of time. It’s a busy neighborhood and there’s always something going on outside our doors, from delivery vans backing up to people heading to the local tea stalls. Inside, we just focus on getting through the daily list of tasks. It’s not a shiny office. We have desks, some filing cabinets that have seen better days, and the space where we handle our inventory. Working in Okhla means dealing with the traffic and the noise, but we’re used to it by now. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy stuff for us. It’s just us doing the job day in and day out. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet is slow, but we just keep going. People know where to find us if they need anything. We treat our neighbors well and try to keep our area tidy, though it’s hard with all the packing materials and bubble wrap laying around. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t try to be anything we aren't. We just provide what we provide from our little corner of Phase-II. It's a solid place to work and we've got a rhythm down that works for us and the staff.
