We have been at the Shokeen Plaza in Sector-12,Dwarka for a good while now. It is a busy spot in Pocket 7. Our office is at 202, and that is where we handle the day-to-day work for Ktk Machines (India) Pvt. Ltd. It gets a bit noisy sometimes with the traffic outside, but we like being here in this part of town. Most days start with tea and going through the orders. We focus on machinery and getting things out to people who need them. It isn't a fancy setup, just a practical space where we get things done. We have a small team here. People come by to talk about parts or look at what we have in stock. The Plaza is easy to find if you know Sector-12,Dwarka at all. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the machines. Some days are busier than others, especially when a big shipment comes in or someone has a specific technical question they need answered right away. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything like that. The walls are mostly covered in calendars and some old diagrams. It works for us. If you are around Plot No-3, you will probably see our sign. We have seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood over the years, but we have stayed right here in this unit. It is just how we run things, keeping it straightforward and making sure the work gets finished by the end of the day.
