K.S. Beautiful Art And Craft

We are down here in Sangam Vihar on Street Number 6. K.S. Beautiful Art And Craft has been around this part of Delhi for a bit now. If you head down the lane near K-616/19, that is where we keep all our supplies and the things we make. It gets pretty crowded around here during the day, but we manage. My brother and I started this because we liked working with our hands. It’s not a big fancy showroom or anything like that. Just a small place where we do our painting and wood bits. Sometimes the dust from the street gets in, but we keep things moving. We usually open up early in the morning before it gets too hot. People from the neighborhood stop by mostly. We don't have a big sign, just the address on the door. It’s a lot of work making these things one by one. I spend most of my time in the back room where the light is better for the fine details. We’ve got stacks of paper and wood everywhere. Sangam Vihar can be a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it, so people sometimes call to find the right turn on Street 6. We just stay busy with what’s in front of us. No big plans, just keeping the shop going every day. The neighbors know us well enough. We see the same faces every day walking past the front and it feels like a real community here.
