Koyana Logistics

Our office is in Rangpuri, near Mahipalpur in New Delhi. It is actually in the house of Mr. Raju, who is the son of Mr. Bally Ram. If you know this area, you know it is right near the international airport. You can hear the planes taking off and landing all day and night. Rangpuri is a bit of a village area that got swallowed up by the city, so the streets are narrow and it can be hard for big trucks to maneuver. We do our logistics work from here, mostly Koyana Logistics business. It is a very practical, no-frills setup. We have some tables, some chairs, and a lot of logbooks. The dust from the Delhi roads is something we just live with. We spend a lot of time on the phone with drivers who are stuck in the massive traffic jams on the highway. It’s a bit of a chaotic place to work sometimes, but we are used to it. We don't have a big corporate mission or a shiny office. We are just local people working in the transport line. Most of the staff live nearby, so we know the shortcuts through the lanes. We drink chai from the stall at the corner and keep the paperwork moving as best as we can. It’s not fancy, but it gets the job done and keeps us all busy.
