Koyana Logistics India Pvt Ltd is located in Janak Puri, New Delhi-58. We’ve got an office on the second floor of C5A/82. It’s a decent area, though finding a parking spot can be a real headache if you get here after nine in the morning. The office itself is pretty simple. We have a few desks, some old computers, and a lot of logbooks. We spend most of our time dealing with transport schedules and talking to people on the phone about where their goods are. It gets pretty loud in here when everyone is talking at once, but that is how it goes in the logistics business. We aren't trying to be some big corporate giant; we just want to get the day’s work finished without too many problems. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, or the internet acts up, but we just keep going. The tea stall downstairs is where we usually end up during our breaks to talk about the day. It’s a straightforward operation. We handle the shipping details, talk to the carriers, and try to make sure nothing gets lost in the shuffle. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication, and there is always something that needs fixing or a route that needs changing. We’ve been at this address for a bit, and the neighborhood feels like home to us now. It’s just a group of people working hard.
