KOTTACKAL INDUSTRIES operates out of the second floor at A-25 in Okhla Industrial Area Phase-1. If you know Okhla, you know it’s a place where everyone is busy making or fixing something. Our unit is no different. We spend our days handling various manufacturing tasks and managing our production schedules. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit narrow, but we’ve gotten used to moving materials up and down. It’s a functional space, mostly taken up by machinery and workbenches. We don’t have a fancy lobby or any glossy posters on the walls. It’s all about the work here. The noise from the other units in Phase-1 is constant, but it’s just the sound of business happening. We have a small crew of workers who have been with us for years. They know the machines inside out. We focus on getting the jobs done right and meeting the deadlines we’ve set. It’s not always easy, especially when a machine breaks down or a delivery is late, but we find a way to fix it. We aren't interested in making ourselves sound bigger than we are. We are a small industrial unit doing our part in the Okhla area. It’s hard work, and the days are long, but there’s a sense of accomplishment when a big order is finally ready to ship out. We like the grit and reality of the industrial life.
