Our place is in the C-19, Commercial Complexs.D.A Market Opp I.I.T Main Gate. It’s a great spot because we are directly opposite the gate, so there are always people and students walking around outside. Kongposh Publication Pvt Ltd has been here for years, and our office is filled with books, journals, and stacks of paper that seem to grow every week. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes, navigating between the desks and the shelves, but it feels like a real workspace. We spend our days editing, checking proofs, and talking to printers. The market itself is quite lively, and we often head out for a quick coffee or a snack when the afternoon slump hits. We don't have any corporate décor or polished reception areas; it’s just a busy publishing house where work comes first. The windows are usually dusty from the street outside, but we don't mind much as long as the lights are working and the computers are running. Sometimes the noise from the market gets a bit loud, especially during the festival seasons, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. It’s a local kind of life, and we like being part of this neighborhood. We just focus on getting the next issue out on time and making sure the print quality is decent enough for our readers. There's always another deadline around the corner, which keeps us pretty busy most days.
